In this session you are guided to tune into the subtle sensations of your body, gently tracking the ways trauma and stress are held in your nervous system. Through mindful awareness, safe movement, and supportive guidance, you learn to release stuck survival energy and restore your body’s natural balance.

Each session is tailored to your needs, helping you move through fight, flight, or freeze responses at your own pace. As you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, you experience relief from tension, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm, and begin to build resilience, regulation, and a deeper sense of presence in your daily life.

Attachment Trauma Healing Therapy 

In this session you safely explore and release early relational wounds stored in your nervous system. Through guided somatic and therapeutic practices, you learn to recognize old attachment patterns and the ways they impact your relationships and sense of safety.

The work supports you in rebuilding trust with yourself, regulating your emotions, and creating healthy, secure connections with others. Over time, you reclaim a sense of inner safety, emotional resilience, and the capacity to relate to yourself and others with presence and compassion.

In this session you use the body as a tool for healing through self-awareness, mindfulness, connection, self-regulation, finding balance, and creating self-acceptance.

This practice explores the relationship between our physical being and our energy. I will guide you through a conscious journey to meet the stories of your life stored in your body, helping you to understand and integrate these experiences.

Family Constellation

In this session you enter in a process of discovery, revealing, and releasing inherited wounds, traumas, and blessings that have been passed down by our ancestors.

We all have the opportunity to uncover both positive and negative issues that have been transmitted through the bloodlines from one generation to the next.

This healing work applies shamanic ancestral healing techniques, combining psychology, meditation, clear vision, emotional understanding, and acknowledgment of our place in our family system. By doing so, we can repair our relationships and bring our lives back into balance.

Inner-Child Healing Work

In this session you are approaching the process of recognizing and healing childhood trauma. It acknowledges that our behaviors as adults stem from our childhood experiences. Inner-child work focuses on addressing our unmet needs by reparenting ourselves. This powerful process can lead to emotional breakthroughs.

During this work, you may realize that multiple inner children are stuck with the same emotions, and addressing each of these inner children is beneficial.

Shadow Work

In this session, you’re guided to gently explore the hidden, suppressed, or unacknowledged parts of yourself—the emotions, beliefs, and patterns you may have pushed away to stay safe. Through mindful dialogue, somatic exploration, guided reflection, and nervous-system–aware practices, you begin to uncover these parts with compassion instead of judgment.

The work is always paced with your body’s readiness, allowing insights to arise naturally rather than forcing them.
Shadow Work is for you if you feel stuck in repeating patterns, overwhelmed by intense emotions, disconnected from your authentic self, or held back by shame, fear, or self-sabotage.

By meeting your “shadow” with presence and understanding, you integrate the parts of you that were once fragmented. This process brings clarity, emotional freedom, and a deeper sense of wholeness, empowering you to live from a more grounded, truthful place.

Abdominal Organ Myofascial Release

This deeply restorative therapy works with your abdominal connective tissues and internal organs to release tension, trauma, and long-held stress. By gently accessing the fascia and abdominal organs, it helps dissolve patterns of freeze, tightness, and pain stored in your body.

With a background spanning Somatic Experiencing®, embodiment practices, breathwork, shadow integration, and trauma-informed yoga, Beta’s work is anchored in deep presence and an understanding that true healing unfolds through the body. Her approach is intuitive yet grounded, scientific yet soulful—creating a safe, transformative space where you can reclaim your power, your capacity to feel, and your connection to yourself.






This healing space was founded by Beta Gaiana Lisboa, a Brazilian somatic trauma practitioner with over 25 years of dedicated study, embodied practice, and research in the fields of somatic therapy, trauma healing, and nervous system regulation. Beta’s work weaves together science, spiritual depth, and embodied wisdom, creating a grounded, compassionate approach that meets each person exactly where they are.

She is the founder of Dynamic Spiral Yin Fascial Yoga, a Trauma-Informed Fascia Awareness Yoga System that integrates somatic principles, myofascial intelligence, and nervous system attunement. Beta is also the author of Embodied Trauma Healing: A Trauma-Informed Guide for Women’s Embodiment, a book that reflects her lifelong commitment to helping individuals reconnect with their bodies, release survival patterns, and cultivate deeper inner safety.
