You will be held in a safe container for one, two, three, four, or five days. Each day, you will experience a combination of four somatic trauma healing modalities that complement each other, offering you a chance to discharge the emotional burden from your body, recharge and regulate your nervous system, embody your presence in your body, reconnect to yourself, and integrate the new version of your best self.
In this session you are guided to tune into the subtle sensations of your body, gently tracking the ways trauma and stress are held in your nervous system. Through mindful awareness, safe movement, and supportive guidance, you learn to release stuck survival energy and restore your body’s natural balance.
Each session is tailored to your needs, helping you move through fight, flight, or freeze responses at your own pace. As you reconnect with your body’s wisdom, you experience relief from tension, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm, and begin to build resilience, regulation, and a deeper sense of presence in your daily life.
In this session you use the body as a tool for healing through self-awareness, mindfulness, connection, self-regulation, finding balance, and creating self-acceptance.
This practice explores the relationship between our physical being and our energy. I will guide you through a conscious journey to meet the stories of your life stored in your body, helping you to understand and integrate these experiences.

In this session you enter in a process of discovery, revealing, and releasing inherited wounds, traumas, and blessings that have been passed down by our ancestors.
We all have the opportunity to uncover both positive and negative issues that have been transmitted through the bloodlines from one generation to the next.
This healing work applies shamanic ancestral healing techniques, combining psychology, meditation, clear vision, emotional understanding, and acknowledgment of our place in our family system. By doing so, we can repair our relationships and bring our lives back into balance.
In this session you are approaching the process of recognizing and healing childhood trauma. It acknowledges that our behaviors as adults stem from our childhood experiences. Inner-child work focuses on addressing our unmet needs by reparenting ourselves. This powerful process can lead to emotional breakthroughs.
During this work, you may realize that multiple inner children are stuck with the same emotions, and addressing each of these inner children is beneficial.
is a transformative method that uses circular breathing and specific trauma-release postures to activate and support the natural flow of kundalini energy throughout your body.
As your breath deepens and your body opens, stored tension, emotional blockages, and survival responses begin to soften and release.
Once your system is ready, the journey is enhanced with shamanic beats, rhythmic soundscapes, and additional healing techniques designed to guide you deeper into your process.
This combination helps your body access its innate ability to unwind trauma, expand your energy, and restore a sense of clarity, openness, and inner freedom.
In this session, you’re guided to gently explore the hidden, suppressed, or unacknowledged parts of yourself—the emotions, beliefs, and patterns you may have pushed away to stay safe. Through mindful dialogue, somatic exploration, guided reflection, and nervous-system–aware practices, you begin to uncover these parts with compassion instead of judgment.
The work is always paced with your body’s readiness, allowing insights to arise naturally rather than forcing them.
Shadow Work is for you if you feel stuck in repeating patterns, overwhelmed by intense emotions, disconnected from your authentic self, or held back by shame, fear, or self-sabotage.
By meeting your “shadow” with presence and understanding, you integrate the parts of you that were once fragmented. This process brings clarity, emotional freedom, and a deeper sense of wholeness, empowering you to live from a more grounded, truthful place.
This deeply restorative therapy works with your abdominal connective tissues and internal organs to release tension, trauma, and long-held stress. By gently accessing the fascia and abdominal organs, it helps dissolve patterns of freeze, tightness, and pain stored in your body.
As your nervous system begins to feel safe, you experience greater ease in your body, improved circulation, and a sense of balance and vitality. This practice supports the release of both physical and emotional blockages, helping you reconnect with your body, restore natural movement, and awaken a profound sense of inner safety and resilience
In this session, gentle, sustained pressure is applied to the fascia and surrounding tissues to soften tension, unwind emotional holding, and restore natural flow in your body. As your system feels safe, you may experience spontaneous releases—such as warmth, trembling, deep breaths, or emotional shifts—as your body lets go of stored stress and old patterns.
